LCN Vision & Mission
Our vision is to help create a community with an increased level of English literacy, and an organization enthusiastically called upon to provide English literacy improvement services without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
Our mission is to empower those adults who seek to improve their reading, writing and math skills, or who are learning English as a second language. Through a network of local volunteers, we provide one-on-one tutoring or small group classes at little or no cost to students in need.
