What do you like about working at LCN?
I like to teach in a free community-based learning program. I am surrounded by passionate instructors and motivated students.
What is your favorite book?
It is impossible to choose a favorite book! I read a lot and I love a good biography.
Who inspired you to teach?
One of my best friends asked me to volunteer in a class where she was learning ESL. Her classes helped her reach her goals and I loved my experience and decided to teach.
Fun fact:
I am an avid bird watcher! My husband and I are volunteers at the Audubon Center. Most weekends, we’re outside, looking up.
