What do you like about working at LCN?

The students and my colleagues — also, I worked in Norristown years ago, and I’m happy to be back in the community!

What’s your favorite book?

This is a tough question, I have so many. But my favorite type of books are memoirs. I love “Becoming” by Michelle Obama.

Who inspired you when you were young?

I’ve always been drawn to teaching, and I’ve had many great teachers. About 10 years ago, I was introduced to adult education, and my students were so motivated and really inspired me to want to teach adults full-time.

Fun Fact:

I’ve taken Spanish classes in Guatemala and Nicaragua, and I had amazing teachers in both countries!
